Oscar would welcome Lazio midfielder Felipe Anderson to Chelsea. Oscar has urged the club to sign Lazio star Felipe Anderson - even though there are doubts about his own future.

Anderson, 22, has scored 11 goals this season and Oscar told the Mirror: "He could really be useful here.

"We've played together at U20 level for Brazil and he was amazing. He can become even better and great players are always welcome at Chelsea."
