Orsi: Inter Milan coach Mancini just like Eriksson

Nando Orsi has lifted the lid on what makes Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini tick.

Orsi's Livorno faces Inter today and the coach remembers his time as Mancini's assistant fondly.

"In his head, Mancio is still a football player. I don't think he will ever be able to fully turn that page, as it would mean betraying his child-like soul," Orsi told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"The Mancini I got to know was no longer the chaotic figure of his Sampdoria days. At Lazio he trained very professionally. More than a few times he told me if he had put in the same effort when he was younger, he could have been an even greater player.

"He has Eriksson's style, but with the added bursts of anger! In these years he has often traded insults with his players, but Roberto does not hold a grudge. Some accuse him of being arrogant, but the truth is he is aggressive to hide his shyness."
