Orlandoni set for rare Inter Milan start

Thirty-five year-old goalkeeper Paolo Orlandoni could be between the posts for Inter Milan tonight against Genoa.

Orlandoni has been with the Nerazzurri since 2005, but has only made two substitute appearances. He replaced Julio Cesar at half-time against Palermo and impressed in a 0-0 draw.

The Brazilian custodian is still struggling with a back problem and Francesco Toldo is facing 45 days on the sidelines as he awaits an operation on his metatarsal.
