Orlando City extend partnership with United World Soccer

Official release from Orlando City SC

United World Soccer, the leading destination for soccer gear, has extended a multi-year partnership with Orlando City Soccer Club for the team's inaugural Major League Soccer (MLS) season.

"Having been supporters of Orlando City as sponsors and fans since 2011, we are very excited to partner with the club as they enter MLS," said United World Soccer President Tom Traxler. "We could not imagine a better way to market our brand than with the greatest club and best fans in the world."

As the new Official Soccer Specialty Store, United World Soccer will be part of live home game experiences with fans and provide opportunities to purchase official team merchandise at their stores in The Florida Mall and Downtown Disney. Per club policy, additional terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"United World Soccer have been such great partners and it's an honor to have them continue this exciting ride with us as we embark on our inaugural MLS season," said Orlando City SC Founder and President Phil Rawlins. "UWS will continue to serve the soccer community of Central Florida, as well as our loyal fans for years to come. We're thrilled to have them as part of the Orlando City family."
