Former Everton and Stoke City striker Adrian Heath has been sacked by Orlando City.

The MLS outfit have parted company with Heath.

Heath, who played for a number of clubs in England including Stoke, Everton and Manchester City, had been with the MLS club since it was formed in Austin, Texas, in 2008.

In a statement the club said it had "agreed to amicably part ways" with the 55-year-old, and his assistant coach Mark Watson.
