Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish said he is not bothered by who his players have to turn up and play against.
That was evidenced on Sunday when his Reds took on, and beat, a Chelsea side filled with stars including a strike force of Didier Drogba, Nicolas Anelka and former Liverpool star Fernando Torres.
Dalglish said it doesn't matter to him who the opposition has got in its side and urges his men to do what they can with what they come up against, even if it is a defecting favourite son.
"The players approached it professionally. I don't think (Torres' presence) was any incentive," he said.
"The incentive for us was to get three points and we did. Whatever someone else wants to do with their life is up to them.
"I came here to win three points and it would have made no difference if Carlo Ancelotti was playing up front, I'd still want the three points. The personnel of the opposition is not important to me."
Of Torres' game, he said: "To be honest, he had one shot on target and Jamie Carragher made one great block tackle on him, but I'm not here to talk about other people's players, I'm here to talk about my own players."
