Andre Ooijer admits he's unsure of his future at Blackburn Rovers.
Ooijer is out of contract at the end of the season and is reportedly wanted by clubs back in Holland.
AZ Alkmaar and PSV Eindhoven were both keen during the summer, but the 34-year-old opted to stay at Ewood Park.
He has made eight appearances in the Premier League this season and reports suggest he will shortly open talks regarding a new deal.
However, the versatile stopper has hinted that the chance to play regular first-team football will have a bearing on his decision.
"My contract is finishing at the end of the season, so we will see what happens," Ooijer told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph.
"I don't know what is going to happen, so who can say.
"Competition is all over the pitch and that is a good thing for the team. You always enjoy the game if you are playing though, of course that is always good."
