Manchester City boss Sven Goran Eriksson says he's being won over by young defender Nedum Onuoha.

The England U21 international nodded home the winner against Tottenham last weekend and Eriksson told City's website: "It's good to see a centre half score from a corner. We haven't seen that this season and I heard that it was Onuoha's first goal in the Premier League - very good.

"Every game Onuoha plays for us I must say it's more and more difficult to leave him out because every time he plays he does very well for us."
