Nedum Onuoha is confident of winning a place in new Manchester City boss Mark Hughes' plans.

The young defender penned a new deal in the summer and says: "Things have obviously changed again around the club since the new boss took charge.

"It is not massively different, but there are little things that have changed, especially around the training ground.

"Confidence is still high in the camp and so it should be with the players we have got."
