Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill is ready to discuss a new deal with skipper Gareth Barry.

"I will be sitting down with him at the end of the season," said O'Neill.

"If we want to get better then we have to keep our good players. I will be talking to one or two others too and I don't care if the players have one year left or six years left."
