Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill has heaped praise on Sebastian Larsson.
The Swede has been outstanding for Sunderland this season.
MON told safc.com: "Seb has done very well - obviously I can only make a judgement since I've been at the football club.
"He has been a real stalwart and has played through illness and, most recently, injury. He deserves to be as fit as he possibly can at the Euros.
"I'm very pleased with him. He gives everything he's got, and that applies to quite a number of the players since Christmas time."
