Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill is happy to take a transfer gamble with the capture of midfielder Moustapha Salifou from Swiss club FC Wil.
Salifou, 24, has joined the midlands club on a one-year contract for an undisclosed fee and O'Neill said: "He has great determination to succeed at this level and may well prove to be an excellent asset."
