Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill is happy with their training camp in Dubai.
The Black Cats have spent the last five days training in the Middle East - dodging the cold and snow showers on Wearside in the process.
"The weather back home hasn't been great for quite some considerable time, so this is good preparation for the last third of the season," O'Neill told the Sunday Sun.
"It will give us renewed energy and enable us to finish the season as strongly as possible.
"Dubai is a pretty popular spot with a lot of the teams. I came here before when I was coach of Aston Villa and most of the players have been here before with their former clubs too, so it's perfect."
