Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill admits they're suffering a confidence crisis after drawing with ten-man Norwich City.
The Black Cats made it seven games without a win, despite facing 10 men for an hour.
Craig Gardner equalised from the penalty spot after Norwich's Sebastien Bassong handled the ball.
But boss O'Neill said: "The pressure has got to the players.
"When you are on the run we are at the moment then confidence is a wee bit low. We should have made the extra man count - it is frustrating."
