Gary O'Neil is delighted Tony Adams is staying on as Portsmouth assistant manager.
"Supporters only see him on the Saturday and, because he's not standing up, shouting and hollering, they probably are unsure what he contributes. But as a player I can tell you it is a heck of a lot.
"Tony's been a top, top player, probably one of the best defenders England have had - if not the best. With experience like that you are bound to learn from him.
"It's great to speak to him and pick his brains. I know our centre halves Linvoy, Sol and people like that have really benefited from what he has to offer."
