Ernesto Valdverde is leaving Olympiakos.

The Spanish coach is expected to return home after rejecting a new contract offer from his Greek club, says El Mundo Deportivo.

Valverde initially had signed a one-year deal with Olympiakos with the option of another three years, but because of financial problems they wanted to reduced the agreed terms.

Atletico Madrid and Sevilla have been linked with Valverde.
