West Bromwich Albion defender Jonas Olsson is seeking "clarity" over their manager search.
Olsson believes a new head coach is needed urgently.
"You want clarity as soon as possible," Olsson told the Express & Star.
"Keith Downing, Dean Kiely and David Oldfield did a very good job last week but they also need clarity in the matter as soon as possible.
"But we're still the same players and we've been together for quite some time, so we just need to focus on sticking together and trying to perform well on the pitch.
"Last week Keith, Deano and David gave us the best possibility to be prepared for the Hull game, and I think we were."
