Jonas Olsson says West Bromwich Albion's team spirit helped them get away from the dropzone.
Swedish defender Olsson still can't believe how so many different nationalities in the squad mix so well.
And he says whoever manager Roy Hodgson signs will be made to feel just as welcome.
Olsson, 28, who completes his third season with the club at Newcastle today, said: "It's amazing but we all get along great.
"Even when we were not doing so well, the team spirit was still really strong. We didn't moan, we stuck together and that really helped."
