Birmingham City midfielder Neil Kilkenny has joined Oldham on loan despite interest from a number of Coca-Cola Championship clubs.
The former Arsenal trainee, 21, has moved to Boundary Park on a deal initially until January 1 after falling down the pecking order at St Andrews.
