A move to Oldham Athletic for Manchester United veteran Paul Scholes has been dubbed a long shot.
Scholes is one of the favourites with the bookmakers for the vacant managerial position at Oldham.
But the Manchester Evening News says it's "highly unlikely" the midfielder will be heading to Boundary Park.
