Jamie O'Hara is thrilled with the first team chance he is getting under Tottenham coach Juande Ramos.
The 21-year-old from Kent revealed: "I'm relishing life under Juande Ramos and I feel I have really grown into a man in the last few weeks. I wasn't here when he first came in but I've just embraced it ever since.
"Juande has come in with his new ways, it's a new regime and I'm just relishing it. I love the two-touch football, it's the way I like to play.
O'Hara also told the official matchday programme that he gained tremendous experience from his two-month spell at The Den, adding: "I really enjoyed it. The first couple of weeks were tough in terms of adapting to that style of football and getting my match sharpness back.
"I wasn't 100 per cent match fit when I went there but once that sharpness returned I felt great. The fans got behind me and it was a great place to go and play.
"I had a rough spell to start and then a high after that. There was a change of manager and I felt I impressed him early on, scored a couple of goals and started feeling good about my game. I ended my loan on top of my game and felt good coming back to Spurs.
"When I went (on loan) to Chesterfield I was a young lad, I was only 18 and learning my trade. At Millwall, we were at the bottom end of the table and it was a dogfight.
"This has been a long time coming for me. I've come back from Millwall, I feel really good in terms of my game and really strong.
"I've just got to keep working hard and although it is up to the gaffer what we does to the side, I've just got to keep trying my best and keep making things happen."
