Offloading Vidic, Rio and Evra will save Man Utd £16.7M-a-year

Manchester United boss David Moyes can clear a staggering £320,000-a-WEEK off the wage bill with the departures of Nemanja Vidic, Rio Ferdinand and Patrice Evra. The Daily Star Sunday says Vidic is on £110k-a-week, Ferdinand is paid £120k and Evra £90k.

Ferdinand, 35, is set to go to America with LA Galaxy leading the chase.

Evra, 32, is expected to sign for either PSG or Monaco.

Those savings - a staggering £16.64 million a year - will further strengthen United boss David Moyes' hand in the summer transfer window.
