Odemwingie to remain with West Brom despite Juventus interest

West Bromwich Albion will remain the home of striker Peter Odemwingie despite the player being linked with Italian giants Juventus.

The 29-year old Nigerian international has impressed in his first Premier League season, scoring 11 goals for the Baggies, and attracting plenty of interest along the way.

But his agent David Omigie says the former Lokomotiv Moscow star will remain at The Hawthorns where he is enjoying his football.

"Peter has a contract with West Brom, where he is very happy," Omigie told the Express and Star.

"There has been no contact with us and the only people who can say whether there has been any interest in Peter are West Brom.

"West Brom haven't told us about anything and Peter is really enjoying himself there and doing very well. He will be happy staying there unless West Brom tell us otherwise."
