Former AC Milan fullback Massimo Oddo understands fans' concern over talk of Clarence Seedorf replacing coach Massimiliano Allegri.
Botafogo midfielder Seedorf is being linked with Allegri's job for his first ever coaching position.
"Maybe there are doubts because he has never trained " Oddo told Calciomercato.com.
"The first to have coached Milan without any experience on the bench was Leonardo, because with Capello, he came to the team after practical experience with the youth team.
"And the results under Leonardo were not exciting. Then I think that the fans are entitled to say no to Seedorf.
"He has personality and charisma and has been great as a player, but he has no experience on the bench."
