O'Brien confident getting back for West Ham ahead of schedule

Joey O'Brien feels he can get back for West Ham United well ahead of schedule.

O'Brien was today hoping an X-ray on his dislocated shoulder will reveal no serious complications.

O'Brien sustained the injury in a collision with Chelsea defender Gary Cahill last night but said: "It was one of those things. It was a battle at set-pieces and he pushed me away. I put my arm out as I fell and the shoulder popped.

"The medical people put it back in but I need an X-ray to see what damage has been done. I suppose I will be out for a few weeks."
