Andy O'Brien says Bolton teammate Gary Cahill is destined for big things.

"It's only onwards and upwards for Gary and the club," explained O'Brien. "Physically he has a great presence and he is good in the air.

"I may be a bit biased, but out of all the young centre-halves in the country, Gary is the best. He's just got to keep doing what he is doing.

"His confidence is rising and all he needs is telling how good he is because he is not a big headed lad. He deserves the credit he is getting because he is doing fantastically."
