Oar's Utrecht surprised by Luxembourg outfit

Tommy Oar and his FC Utrecht teammates were stunned by little known Luxembourg side Differdange 03 in Europa League qualifying on Thursday.

The Dutch outfit were beaten 2-1 by Differdange at the Stade Josy Barthel despite taking an early lead through Jacob Mulenga.

Differdange's Moroccan striker Omar Er Rafik levelled for the home side prior to the half-hour mark before giving them the lead in the 57th minute and eventual victory.

Australian winger Oar played a full 90 minutes for Utrecht whilst fellow countryman Michael Zullo was an unused sub as Jan Wouters' men prepare to override the one-goal deficit back at the Stadion Galgenwaard next week.
