O'Hara determined to be fit for Wolves' season opener

Jamie O'Hara has suggested that he could be fit for the beginning of the new season with Wolves.

The winger struggled with a groin injury last season, eventually having surgery in April, but this time around he hopes to be ready to go as the club looks to navigate the Championship following relegation from the Premier League.

O'Hara posted on Twitter today that things are going well ahead of the new campaign and says he is excited about bringing some joy back to Molineux Stadium.

"Hip injection went well today so that's a big positive hopefully after follow up scan and injection could be fit to start the season," he wrote.

"The only thing I'm concentrating on getting back to 100% to put on a wolves shirt and give the fans the performances they want to see."
