Aston Villa winger Charles N'Zogbia has enjoyed working with coach Roy Keane this season.
N'Zogbia reveals Villa's squad quickly experienced the Irishman's no-nonsense style, after joining up with manager Paul Lambert this summer.
He said: "Yes, he is good. He has taken to us at training. He does a lot of watching us train. Sometimes when it is not good enough he tells us we have to keep working more and harder.
"That is good for us and for the young players to have him there to make sure we focus on what we have to do. Roy Keane has been playing many years at the top level in the Premier League.
"He is an elite player so you have to learn from him to ensure you perform well."
