NYSE could scupper Man Utd chances for Everton boss Moyes

Everton boss David Moyes' hopes of landing the Manchester United job could be scuppered by the club's shareholders.

The Sun says Sir Alex Ferguson wants Moyes to succeed him as manager of Manchester United.

But it is understood there are boardroom fears of United's share price plummeting if Moyes is put in charge of such a huge financial institution, as opposed to a glamorous appointment like Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho.
