New York Red Bulls have signed experienced defender Ibrahim Sekagya.
The 32-year old Ugandan has joined the MLS club from sister outfit Red Bull Salzburg after an impressive trial and will be officially added to the New York roster upon receipt of his P-1 Visa and International Transfer Certificate.
"We are delighted to sign Ibrahim and we are sure his experience will strengthen our options in defense," said Red Bulls sporting director Andy Roxburgh.
"He was well respected and liked by our colleagues at Red Bull Salzburg and we are confident he can play a role in our team as we enter into the second half of our regular season."
