Venezuelan winger Ronald Vargas has re-emerged on the radar of MLS club New York Red Bulls.
The 27-year old Anderlecht attacking midfielder was a target for the Red Bulls back in 2008, then coached by Juan Carlos Osorio, when he was with homeland club Caracas prior to his $2million move to Club Brugge.
Anderlecht-online.be suggests that Vargas, who is also a target for Swiss club FC Basel, could join New York on loan if Brussels outfit Anderlecht bring in Chelsea's Thorgan Hazard on a short-term deal this month.
