NYRB admit they will rotate young gun Agudelo

New York Red Bulls have said they will continue to rotate their three strikers as the season wears on.

Thierry Henry, Luke Rodgers and Juan Agudelo are all in goalscoring form for the Red Bulls, giving head coach Hans Backe a selection headache.

18-year old Agudelo came off the bench to net the fourth and final goal in the 4-0 win at DC United on the weekend and Backe's assistant, Jan Halvor Halvorsen, said he will continue to get chances both starting and off the bench.

"Oh yeah, we have three very good strikers. And with so many games I think it's very good; there will always be room for all three to play a lot. (Agudelo) came on had a very good goal. That's good; he looked very hungry, and that's what we want,'' said Halvorsen. "Juan is young; we know he is 18, has a very big potential, big talent and has done great for the national team, great for us. He will be better and better. Of course when you are so young, it will sometimes go up and down; that's normal. You can't expect him to be on top all the time. But he will be better and better, and have a very big potential, of course.''
