Nuri Sahin cannot put a date on his debut for Real Madrid.
The Bundesliga Player of the Year arrived at Real from Borussia Dortmund at the end of last season, but hasn't featured due to injury.
"I do not know when I will be fit to make my debut," confessed Sahin after he turned 23 years of age yesterday.
He has experienced two relapses from a sprained left knee.
