David Nugent is desperate to avoid relegation with Leicester City.
The striker was with Portsmouth when he was loaned out to Burnley but couldn't stop the Clarets from taking the drop.
And when he went back to Portsmouth they were in the midst of administration and were also relegated.
Nugent said: "To get relegated twice in one year wasn't ideal. After that, I think I have come back stronger and as a stronger person.
"I signed for Leicester and we have done ever so well to come up to the Premier League, and I just hope it doesn't happen again.
"This is my fourth season at Leicester now and I feel part of the club. Because I have been here four years and come up with the club, it will be harder to take.
"It is a great club, and to see us go down would be a travesty, for the fans and everyone involved with the club."
