Walter Novellino says AC Milan were wrong to dump Massimiliano Allegri.
Former Milan midfielder believes Clarence Seedorf is struggling to handle the job.
"I would never have sacked Allegri, he was the only one capable of fixing this situation," Novellino told Radio Rai.
"Moreover, he had a squad that wasn't revolutionised but certainly was reinforced with players that had just arrived and were still looking to acclimatise.
"You become a Coach because you have a certain experience and Seedorf will be a good technician, but the problems with Milan are not resolved with four attacking midfielders.
"It takes time to become a Coach, as it happened with me. Seedorf has much experience of football, but not as a Coach."
