Frank Nouble says he's sticking close to senior West Ham United striker Carlton Cole.

Like Cole, Nouble began his junior career at Chelsea before moving to West Ham in the summer.

The 18-year-old explained that his development is being helped by England international Cole, who is always on hand for some helpful advice.

"He's a massive influence," Nouble told WHUTV. "It's easy to watch him in training and to learn from him, like I did at Chelsea when I watched Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka.

"He tells me to use my power, height and speed, to use the attributes I've got and all of the rest will come along with it. All you can do is learn."
