Notts County boss playing down early season form

Notts County boss Martin Allen is ignoring the current high placing of the Magpies in npower League One. Following the 2-0 victory at Stevenage on Saturday, Allen said: "We're unbeaten in our last four league games now and doing well, but I'm not going to look at the table, really, honestly.

"All I know is we have got Rochdale at home on Saturday and all we are focused on is trying to win again."

Allen added: "The Stevenage game was our fifth in 14 days and all the players dug deep and produced a fantastic performance to win. There is no keeping them down at the moment."
