Nottingham Forest's Blackstock emerges as Celtic target

Nottingham Forest striker Dexter Blackstock has emerged on the transfer radar of Scottish champions Celtic.

The 26-year old former QPR forward has reportedly received a verbal offer from the Hoops according to Sky Sports and he is believed to be considering the proposal.

Celtic boss Neil Lennon is determined to strengthen his squad ahead of Champions League qualifiers later this summer and Blackstock, who has a year left on his contract at the City Ground, apparently fits the bill of what he is looking for.
