Nottingham Forest are chasing West Bromwich Albion defender Craig Dawson.
The People says Forest boss Steve McClaren wants to take England Under-21 centre-half Dawson on loan from West Brom.
Albion manager Roy Hodgson rates Dawson highly, but he may be better off playing regularly down a level in the Championship this season.
