Newcastle United forward Yoann Gouffran is understood to be the subject of interest from a host of Championship sides including Hull City, Middlesbrough and Nottingham Forest.

The Daily Star is reporting the Magpies may look to loan Gouffran out during the emergency loan period, continues to battle for a place in Steve McClaren's first team at St James' Park.

Frenchman Gouffran, who has only featured in the Capital One Cup for Newcastle so far this season, is believed to be the target of the Tigers and Forest in particular.
