Everton have agreed to allow Kieran Dowell to join Nottingham Forest on a season-long loan deal, according to Sky Sports.
The 19-year old starred for England in their U20 European Championship triumph this summer.
The midfielder has also shown good form for the Toffees in pre-season, scoring goals in Tanzania and Holland.
A product of Everton's academy, Dowell is highly regarded by Everton boss Ronald Koeman, despite only making three first-team appearances last season.
Koeman would be handing Dowell over to a man who has experience nurturing Everton loanees. Forest boss Mark Warburton handled a number of Everton's academy products while he was manager of Brentford, including Adam Forshaw, Jake Bidwell, Conor McAleny and Chris Long.
