Manchester United have insisted on a buy-back clause in Memphis Depay's deal with Olympique Lyon.
Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas announced an agreement with United over a fee for Depay yesterday afternoon.
The Dutchman will move to OL for an initial €18.5 million, rising to €25 million based on appearances and success. Depay has also agreed terms over a four-and-a-half year deal.
And included in the deal is a buy-back option for United, which they insisted upon during negotiations.
