Bristol City have failed with a move for Norwich City defender Elliott Ward.

Sky Sports says Bristol City initially tried to sign Ward before the transfer window closed last month, but were unable to finalise a deal.

The Championship outfit then tried to bring in Ward on loan following the opening of the loan window, but the move has again collapsed after both parties failed to agree personal terms.
