Norwich City midfielder Korey Smith has kept it in the family this season.
The Norwich man played for Gary Johnson during a loan spell at Yeovil.
Now he is on loan at Oldham Athletic, who this week made Gary's son Lee the Football League's youngest boss at the age of 31.
Smith, a midfielder, said: "They both like to play with a lot of energy and team-work and also give you a bit of freedom to play like you naturally do.
"So I can see the similarities but there are also differences as Lee seems to be a bit quieter than his dad.
"But we haven't lost a game yet, so I don't know what he's like then - his dad can really have a go!''
