Norwich turned down late Bournemouth offer for Grabban

Norwich City turned down a deadline day bid from Bournemouth for striker Lewis Grabban, reports the Bournemouth Echo.

The fourth bid from the Cherries was believed to be in the region of £7million but the Canaries had not interest in offloading the player.

The Echo reveals that the norfolk club had indicated that they would accept an offer close to £7m for their suspended 27-year-old striker but refused to sign the relevant paperwork when the bid was made. The Cherries were informed of the decision just five minutes before the deadline.
