Sky Sports has reported that Norwich City have snubbed an inquiry from Rangers for Grant Holt.
'Gers boss Ally McCoist is keen to get the 30-year old target man to Ibrox but the Canaries are not looking to lose their captain who has scored seven goals in England's top flight so far this season.
Norwich have rejected an initial approach from the reigning Scottish champions but it is apparent that 'Gers will return with a solid offer prior to the end of January.
