Norwich City are planning a £4 million offer for Celtic striker Gary Hooper.

The Scottish Sun says they are set to table a £4million bid for Hooper.

That's a staggering £3.1m LESS than they offered to pay for the Hoops hitman back in January.

Sources close to the deal have revealed Hughton will bid again this summer if his side secure top-flight survival.

Hooper has one year left to run on his current Celtic contract, with Stoke and Everton monitoring the situation closely.
