Norwich City are splashing out £10 million on two new strikers.

The Sun says the Canaries last night made an official £5m offer to Celtic for star man Gary Hooper then repeated the same offer to want-away Swansea City hitman Danny Graham.

Graham favours a move back to the North-East with Sunderland. They have already made a £4m offer but will now have to top Norwich's bid.

Norwich also hope to deliver a coup by signing goal machine Hooper who has impressed for the Scottish giants in the Champions League.
