Norwich City striker Cameron Jerome has hailed teammate Nathan Redmond after yesterday's promotion playoff final victory over Middlesbrough.
Both attackers struck in the 2-0 win at Wembley.
Jerome told talkSPORT: "He can be anything he wants to be.
"In the last couple of games he has really stepped up to the plate and has been head and shoulders above everybody on the pitch. He is a real, real talent.
"The manager seems to be getting the best out of him like he has a lot of the players, including me.
"Nathan is a special talent and the club have done very well and been patient with him because I'm sure they had a lot of suitors for him in January."
